As the Wyoming sun dipped low behind the mountains, casting golden light across lush green fields, Sophia and Tyler exchanged vows in a hay field at the breathtaking Sheep Rock Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming. With iconic Sheep Rock standing proudly in the backdrop, the setting was nothing short of cinematic \u2014 raw, romantic, and undeniably Western.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bridal party made an unforgettable entrance, arriving to the ceremony by truck and stock trailer \u2014 a nod to ranch life and a statement that this celebration would be authentically Wyoming from start to finish. The bridesmaids\u2019 bouquets were made from used lassos and wooden sola flowers. The groomsmen’s boutonni\u00e8res were made from the hondos of lasso and cowboys from The Palomino Hat Bar in Saratoga, Wyoming. The flower girls threw petals from cowboy hats and the ring bearers shot off cap guns in excitement. <\/p>\n\n\n

Guests gathered in front of a ceremony space styled with a hay ring altar, whiskey barrels, longhorn skulls, and weathered antlers \u2014 each detail carefully chosen to reflect the rugged beauty of the West. In the front row, two saddles were lovingly placed in honor of the bride\u2019s parents, Stefan and Susannah Borg, who are no longer with us \u2014 a heartfelt tribute that brought both tears and reverence to the moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Led by officiant Pastor Vince Vannett of the Alliance Church in Saratoga, vows were spoken and Lasso ceremony performed to link the couple together under the endless Wyoming sky. The celebration moved to the hay barn where guests were welcomed for dinner, drinks and dancing under a glittering saddle disco ball. Music was led by DJ James Talbot. Long tables, warm lighting, and rustic details transformed the working barn into a magical reception space that felt intimate yet lively.<\/p>\n\n\n

Dinner was a true cowboy cookout \u2014 perfectly grilled steak, hearty beans, fresh salad, and classic ranch-style fixings. Guests sipped on beer, wine, lemonade and sweet tea while soaking in the atmosphere of community and celebration. All catering and drinks were done by Scott and Michelle McIlvain with Lazy River Cantina in Saratoga. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Soon after, a stunning four-layer cake took center stage \u2014 adorned with Western boot stitch detailing and the local cattle brand \u2014 a sweet tribute to heritage and hometown pride, done by A Love for Cake out of Rawlins, Wyoming.<\/p>\n\n\n

The night carried on with laughter and adrenaline as guests took turns riding the mechanical bull, boots kicking and hats flying. Dancing continued well into the evening, echoing through the barn and across the fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was more than a wedding \u2014 it was a celebration of legacy, love, and the Western way of life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
