Thanks to Julie Livermore Photography<\/a> for sending in this beautiful engagement story from Rawlins… Cheynae & Rob met in October 2007 when Cheynae was a waitress at Sanford’s in Rawlins. The restaurant has since closed, and Cheynae & Rob moved on, but wanted to return to Rawlins and have their engagement shoot take place…”where their story began,” as Julie says. “Because they were only in town for a night, we had to deal with some frigid temps and gusting winds…just a typical late spring day in Carbon County! \u00a0In addition to some images downtown, with the Sanford’s building in the frame, we also drove out of town a bit to take advantage of the unique Wyoming scenery!”<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Cheynae shared a couple of special stories about Rob’s proposal on December 27, 2011: \u00a0“Rob secretly invited my dad and his dad & stepmom to Montana (I was under the impression they were there for Christmas) and proposed in our new camper. This was a big step for us as it was our first actual “home” together!” \u00a0Rob also, without knowing, chose a very special day to propose. “Rob proposed on his grandmother’s birthday and didn’t realize it until we called his aunt to spill the good news,” Cheynae says. “She passed away from cancer a few years ago and was very near & dear to Rob’s heart. So we took that as a spiritual sign that she approved.” Cheynae adds that Rob just woke up that morning and “felt that it was right.” Chills!<\/em><\/p>\n

Cheynae & Rob are planning their wedding date for June 7, 2014.<\/em><\/p>\n
